"sent money" in this doesn't mean transfer money. You can't transfer money from your credit card because there is not option. I have problem to understand this app. I don know who create this app but probably someone who never use it. When I click on the middle on the bottom. "Sent money" actually it mean for them receive money "pay M&S credit card" It not accept my debit card details. To pay for them they ask you to generate a security code. Which is not possib because you've to close app.

Terrible app to set up and register! You need a "passcode" to log in, but to get a passcode you have to...log in!! Spent hours trying to set up! Kept locking me out! App itself is outdated. Doesn't register payment card details etc. Think I'll cancel account, too much hassle from M & S opening account and then setting up Internet banking! ANOTHER wasted afternoon sorting M & S credit card! Staff very polite and helpful but only last call of many sorted it for me.

This has to be the worst banking app I have and I use 4 of the main ones. Its always crashing like now I just tried twice to pay my balance off and both times its crashed. Come M&s sort it out if you got your act together it would be so streamlined and easy to use. Now im going to have to ring them to pay which is time consuming, my advice use Lloyd's its way better and easy to use.

Trying to set up this app and get registered is more difficult than predicting the lottery numbers. Never have I had to manually scroll though every month to get back to my date of birth. I have heard good things about the Marks CC and the benefits of it however I am shocked at the poor app they have. I think I will be phoning, paying the balance and then cancelling the card.

Very bad app, very dated. Unable to see simple things like direct debit dates or amount. Most banks have a much more up-to-date format. Considering transferring balance off this card so not to have to use it, just because of the app.
